Meet Our Staff

Jack Shano, P.T.

Jack received his Physical Therapy degree from The University of Southern California in 1966. He has been a therapist in private practice working with patients for over a quarter century. His companies have successfully provided rehabilitation services to acute and convalescent hospitals, orthopedic and sports medicine outpatient clinics in Southern California and Arizona. Jack is a member of the American and California Physical Therapy Association including the orthopedic and sports section of the APTA. In his spare time, Jack enjoys golfing, weight training and fishing.

Jessica Lauppe, M.P.T.

Jessica Lauppe received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Born and raised in Northern California, Jessica ventured to Southern California for school where she received her BS in Kinesiology at CSUN in 2003. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys surfing, hiking and snowboarding. She also is an active volunteer with Boarding House Mentors, a non-profit organization of surfers who introduce board sports to at- risk youth to help broaden their life experiences through healthy non-competitive activities.

James Scherer, D.P.T.

Jim received his B.S. in Sports Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ohio University. Jim is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, The Orthopedics Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and the California Physical Therapy Association. Jim is in the final leg of completing the internationally recognized McKenzie certification program for the treatment of the spine. In his spare time, Jim enjoys outdoor adventures including backpacking and mountain biking. He also loves to participate in extreme sports such as rock climbing and snowboarding.

Michael Pauldine

Michael acquired his first certifications as Fitness Trainer and Performance Enhancement Coach from The National Academy of Sports Medicine. He attended the first golf fitness and conditioning seminar with Body Balance for Performance. He has continued his education with C.H.E.K. Institute becoming a certified Golf Biomechanic, High Performance Fitness Coach, Nutrition and Corrective Exercise Coach Level 2. Most recently, Michael was at The Titleist Performance Institute learning the fitness program utilized by their playing professionals. With a BS in Recreation, he is committed to helping players of all levels perform to their highest potential. Michael is dedicated to helping golfers play better and enjoy the game more.
